Guild Wars 2

I’ll say it again: How come all other legendary weapons have special effects even when not unsheathe? I owned the Minstrel for sometimes now, and I had to draw my weapon every time to show others my legendary effect.

Not to be nitpicky, but not all other legendaries have special effects when they are stowed. Such as The Flameseeker Prophecies and the Howler. There might be others that I’m unaware of.
Do you see the connection? (Off-hand only weapons)
It’s still sad though.
