Guild Wars 2

So I have a lvl ~35 Thief, I just started playing GW2 (only other MMO experience I have is WoW). I was wondering what crafting skills are useful for this class, and what skills are useful for all classes in GW2. Thanks!

Leatherworking Huntsman Weaponsmithing Jewelcrafting Cooking are solid choices for a Thief.

For all around useful crafting choices: Jewelcrafting and Cooking.

Jewelry and Cooking are the 2 crafts you can do without having to salvage anything. You can get to level 400 in each just by collecting everything you see.
