Anyone know how to craft the axe “Titan’s Vengeance”? It’s 145g on TP and its skin is that of the “Lava Axe” elementalist skill. However, I cannot find the Mystic Forge recipe anywhere!
I myself am dying to find out more about this weapon, as axes are my favourite. I believe it may in fact be the 1 Scroll + 50 Coins + 50 Molten Lodestones + 50 Destroyer Lodestones, judging by the cost the person is trying to flog it for. If it required Liquid Flame you would think it would be at least over 200.
To add to that, no one seems to have posted any “in use” videos or pictures of it anywhere so it begs the question whether it affects weapon attack effects like Volcanus does? The axe conjured by ele’s doesn’t have any fire effects until swung so the preview wouldn’t help decide whether it has added bonuses or not. I don’t want to gamble/save up the money for one without confirmation about its bonuses as I am not the best at gaining money and am at an all time high currently!
Edit: The recipe I posted is listed on the Wiki as a second “Reaver of the Mists*” which ofc it isn’t so that is why I deduced it could be that one when considering the current price.

250 of the stones or 50? If it’s just 50, I might grab the ingredients and toss it in to let you know if thats right.

The one on the wiki just lists 50 Molten Lodestones and 50 Destroyer Lodestones and I checked last night by putting in one of each of the ingredients so it is most certainly a recipe.

Gramerr you are a scholar and a gentleman, thank you! Can you explain a bit about the bug, do you mean it doesn’t “smolder” passively or that there are no fire effects on weapon attacks i.e. it is supposed to replace your skill animations and it doesn’t? If it is the latter how do you know it is a bug or are you just guessing? Thanks for trying it out and confirming buddy much appreciated!
I guess the bug he’s talking about is wielding it, sometimes it’s just an axe without flames. Like if Vulcanus doesn’t do flames, but just a red/yellow blade.

That is what I was wondering, however if that is the case how can you/he be sure that the flame effect is even intended to be there? Considering the big difference in material costs between Titans’ Vengeance and Volcanus, it doesn’t look likely it would have the same flair.
Edit: It would be good if an Anet rep could clear up whether there is any issue with this weapon or if it is indeed working as intended just to set out minds at ease! Thanks.
I am still really interested in this weapon so if anyone actually wields it, could they please share info about its special effects. Gramerr has been really helpful with his snippit of info and confirmation of recipe, but now we need videos/pics of it in use!
I’ve uploaded two screens of the Titan’s Vengeance being used on my norn warrior, there’s no reason to upload a video for it though since it has no effects or anything atm.
