Torment sigil cooldown?
Do you mean that an off-hand crit effect will proc soon after Torment?
That’d be cool if intended, since they only add one stack.
It’s probably bugged, since it doesn’t proc at all on an underwater weapon (another bug).
Currently it has its own internal cooldown on the 1 aoe torment proc. Meaning you can use it and say a swap or earth/fire at the same time and have both proc.
It is nice, and seems like a bug since no other sigil works this way, but it is hardly a huge gamebreaking bug. The proc rate on torment is low, the cooldown is high, so taking it over say a bursting sigil is already questionable.
