Quick question, i know you used to be able to take a soulbound legendary, transmute with a peice of white gear and make it account bound instead of soulbound… transmuting it back later, does anyone know if this still works with transmutation splitters?

Yes it does, did it when splitters came out with my Twilight

Yea I don’t get this. Someone please explain it clearly how I can transmute my soulbound Bolt to my alt thanks.

You buy a white weapon type that matches the weapon you want to transfer from a vendor. The weapon vendor by the huntsman trainer in LA sells level 80 white weapons. You then transmute your legendary to that white weapon which makes it acct bound. Then put it in the bank and pull it out on the char you want to have the legendary. Then you use a transmutation splitter on the item and shazam you have the legendary on the new char and the white weapon back too. You will lose any of infusions though in the transfer.

How do you transmute the white and legendary? Is there a specific order? eg. Keep legendary name, or keep white stats, etc? Or does it not matter?
