Hi i would like to ask everyone including devs if they are around that if i transmuted the Fervid Censer which has an Unused Defensive Infusion Slot with a normal Exotic Backpiece which has an Unused Upgrade Slot that you can get from the Temples. Will it retain the Unused Defensive Infusion Slot of the Fervid Censer or the Exotic Backpieces’s Unused Upgrade Slot or both? I would like the skin of the Fervid Censer and the stats of the Exotic Backpiece.

You lose the normal upgrade.I hope they fix this soon.

You get an exotic Fervid Censor with exotic stats and an upgrade slot instead of an infusion slot.

I transmuted a clean Magi’s Spineguard from the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance with the Fervid Censor, choosing the exotic stats and the Censor’s skin. I was then able to slot an Exquisite Sapphire Jewel into the transmuted Censor.

Well, the upgrade slot is kinda part of the stats, as is the infusion slot on the Censer. So you want to get exotic stats, you will get the upgrade slot.
