Guild Wars 2

Not entirely sure if this is the right place to post. Oh well.

I plan on deleting my first character, and remake her as a different race, but she has a staff I’ve grown very fond of.
Would I be able to transmute that staff for the new character?
This is probably a stupid question, but, hey, worth a shot!

If the staff is soulbound, then you must first transmute the skin to a white/blue item to make it account bound, then transmute it to your desired weapon.
