So i’m lvl 18 at FOTM, i know that ascended rings drops from daily chest.
One guy in our team said that he looted ascended ring from mobs in Battle for Ascalon fractal? or he just showed us already looted ring from daily chest? to grind mobs?

And by the way what does it mean “RNG”, sorry my English is terrible!!!

Rings only drop from the daily chest. He was just trolling you. RNG means random number generator.

Devs was talking about Omni, as an ultrarare “drop”. So, if the ring was with omni slot, could be true, if he was on a 30+ fractal.

1-10 the vials drop
10-12 dayly the ring
20+ weapons
i think its 15+(maybe less) the ring can be dropped (seen it with own eyes)
theres another asscended mat i cant remember name off that drops i think 20+ aswell
thats what i tend to see and hear in the community so maybe wrong but i can say ive seen a ring drop from a mob

1-9 = Vials
10-19 = Ring chance from Daily, Shards/Vials
20-29 = Ring/Infused Ring chance from Daily, Globs/Shards/Vials, Fractal Weapons

I believe that’s the progression of fractal-specific drops.
