K, so I made my Twilight early last year and then I stopped playing GW2, cause anet implemented champ bag loots and then gold was too easy to get, etc. Now I am back, and with my savings and a little work I can make a Sunrise. The problem, and another reason I quit gw2, is that I equipped my legendary in my ranger[and rangers were awful, and never got a buff(situation may be different now, not sure)]. If I make a Eternity, I want to know if it will be account bound, so I would use it on a warrior.

So, twilight soulbound, when turned into Eternity, will it be account bound?

you can also move twilight by transmuting the stats of a white greatsword on it. it will be account bound. then use transmutation splitter on the character of your desire

Someone stated previously that it will be account bound. It will not. It will not be bound to anything until you equip it; upon equip it becomes soulbound to that character.

Also, you can un-soulbind your Twilight off your Ranger using a transmutation splitter. It’s been done many times and a simple search should bring up directions on how to do so.

Yes and no here’s where dungeon meta builds stand from best to worse
1) war
2) ele(if stacking boss against a wall)/mes(if not stacking against a wall)
3) guardian/thieves about equal here as they are situational classes (although thief over guard for DPS)
4) ranger
5) engi / necro
OH and btw ranger has third WORST DPS even with sword/warhorn and sword/axe
Not to mention only one DPS build, Spotter, which if another ranger shows up becomes redundant unlike every other class.
So before you go talking about DPS learn other metas before you speak.
