If I have cooking on my ranger and artificer on my elementalist, can I still craft a legendary?

Yes, the Gifts of XXX that are required for legendary weapons are Account Bound, so you aren’t limited to having one character level the two professions if you choose.

You can also max every crafting skill on one character, it costs money to change between them (10c per level, 40s for a 400 skill craft), but it remembers all your recipes and your current skill level.

Good because I wanted each of my alts to have two crafts so I wouldnt have to worry about swapping.
