Hey their might be another thread like this but i cant find it so anyways, Whats more profitable Upgrading mithril ore in the mystic forge with Crystaline dust and a stack of mithril + philosophers stone and that, Or just selling it and buying orichalcum for that gold? Thanks.

The average amount you will get is 17 Ori, so do the math yourself. It always boils down to the question on how much you value your skill points. With some crafted items which use items aquired with skillpoints in their recipes, you can make up to 75 silver per skill point.

Also, dont promote ore but ingots. It has the same yield but you cut your dust usage by 50%.

I dont really value my skillpoints seeing as i have around 600, anyways why does upgrading ores drop the amount of dusts used? I never seen that.

Because it takes two ores to make an ingot.

If you upgrade ore, you would have to use twice as much dust to get the same amount of ingots.
