To be more exact:

1. Can I use Tempered Spinal Blades that has been transmutated (to Static Tempered Spinal Blades) to make Dynamic Tempered Spinal Blades ?

2. Can I use a Twilight that has been transmutated (to something and now back to original Twilight look) to make Eternity ?

Both items still have their original names (transmutation process didn’t effect that).

For the purposes of the forge a transmuted item has the identity of the base item; the skin is irrelevant.

In both cases you should be able to use the forge the way you’d like.
