Guild Wars 2

Are vision crystals and lesser vision crystals craftable by leatherworkers? I just hit 500 and I’m not seeing anywhere where I can do this. I saved to get this discipline to 500 so I wouldn’t have to do others, now it looks like I need to level up another. Any help would be appreciated!
