The Mystic Forge doesn’t seem to want to accept the recipe the wiki has listed (1 vicious fang, 5 crystalline dust, 50 large fangs, 5 philo stones).

Was the recipe changed or removed?

I’m pretty sure its 1 vicious fang, 5 crystalline dust, 250 large fangs, 5 philosopher’s stones.

No it’s not. It was 50 a few days ago. 250 pieces applies only for T5 dust.

Sometimes the forge can be a bit picky when putting things in. Try putting them in in a different order. I had a similar issue with upgrading to Orichalcum a while ago.

It goes

50 Large Fangs
1 Vicious Fang
5 Crystalline Dust
5 Philo Stones

Order does matter
