I’m new to crafting and would like advice as to what is the cheapest weaponsmith masterwork item that I can craft on a low crafting level character? I’m thinking minor sigil of strength, but am not sure.

You’re going to have to level your crafting skill a bit, there’s no going around that. But not all that much, really, level 50’ish or so should suffice. Items like Moogooloo Spear, Charr Greatsword, Charr Cleaver, Charr Dagger, and Charr Sword will count towards the monthly (and if you search “master” in the items you can craft, they’ll show up when you hit a sufficient level). They use up tier 1 materials too, so it shouldn’t be too pricey.
