I can t find it on the wiki. I only know that you can craft Arah armor from them.

Could you guys tell me more?

Here are the recipes I know of.

Orrian Weapons and Armor, Guild armor and Inquest armor

• 1 Item Token
• 1 Paid Tournament Token
• 1 Arcane Sliver
• 5 Arcane Powder

Koda Weapons and Armor, Arcing Weapons, Molten Weapons, Nightmare Weapons

• 1 Item Token
• 1 Paid Tournament Token
• 1 Arcane Crystal
• 5 Arcane Powder

Scaled Armor (Or the equivalent in light and medium armor) Forge and Golden Weapons

• 1 Item Token
• 1 Paid Tournament Token
• 1 Arcane Orb
• 5 Arcane Powder

It also looks like they can be used to craft all the Rare match win weapons, there’s too many to list here but if you check the pvp reward section of the wiki it should show you
