Does anyone know where I can buy Salvage Kit that cost Karma? most the one in racial town cost 15 silver, which is too much in my opinion
Master Weaponsmith’s used to sell the Master Kit’s for Karma – this was “fixed” a while back. I think the basic kits are the best kits you can buy with Karma, though I am not 100% sure other than no vendors sell the Master Kit’s.

Yep just checked it out, looks like you can get the crude (28 karma) and fine (252 karma) kits from the cultural weapon vendors in home cities
