Guild Wars 2

Just what the title says. I cant find where to get them. The armor smiths don’t sell them, nor does anyone in lions arch I’ve found.

Do they just drop randomly, or can they be bought?

Mystic Forge gives you the recipe. Actual items needed for each box can be found using Google. Previous 300+ answers to this same question could have been found using the Search feature.
