They drop from the appropriate dungeon, whether in actual trinket form or the Recipe for them.

Be warned ,they’re stupid rare. Like, it seems rarer than RNG’ing a precursor. It took an entire week for one of the TA dungeon trinkets to finally be put up on Trading Post, just to have a listing.

They are craftable…if you get the Recipe drop from the appropriate dungeon, which again, is hilariously rare.

D: gah =/ my dreams of outfitting my alts with dungeon tokens are shattered :|
