In anticipation of Ascended Armors coming out sometime soon, I am going to dedicate some portion of my play time to farming the crucial t7 crafting materials (Frags, Ores, and Dust… or FODder for short )

If Armors are like Weapons, then I don’t anticipate having the time to go farm up all the mats in a timely fashion, so I’m going to go ahead and pro-actively get what I can now.

So the question is, where do you get your FODder? Post your tips and tricks below for all the world to know.

Here are mine:

Bloodstone Dust:

— Champ Farm in Frostgorge. You can get a couple stacks an hour, there. ’Nuff said.

Empyreal Fragments:

— Farming fast-n-easy dungeon paths at 20 a pop with multiple characters.
— Selected JPs and mini dungeons with multiple characters.

Dragonite Ore:

— Temple Events(?) Supposedly Temple events drop 30 ores per completion, but I don’t know if it’s farmable. Is that a daily reward? Daily per character?
— World Bosses (e’ery day, e’ery day)

We don’t know where crystalline ore/ingots will come from. I wouldn’t be surprised if we needed that instead of the bloodstone for the armor stuffs. I’m saving my champ boxes incase they make it like 50/50 from those (plus t5/t6 mats will go up in price at that time as well).

Emp frags you can also get from the random little chests laying around in open world PvE.

Temples give you 30 dragonite in the chest that appears after and it’s once per day per acc like the world boss chests. The number you get from the non-temple boss chests seems to scale with the level of the world boss.

Yeah, I’m assuming we will still need to have the Vision Crystal, so all 3 of those mats will still be needed.
