hey guys,

Just wondering which ascended armor rangers have crafted. I’m leaning towards zerkers, but I’ve heard some good things about celestial since it kinda opens up your options a bit without loosing too much damage.

I had hoped Arenanet would step up and create a section specifically to talk about professions. A place where you could ask questions about rangers for example. That would be nice.

you should just search wvw build or pve build.

I think berserker is obvious for pve. For pvp, you should search for build and you’ll know what to use. The question is better asked in ranger forum.

If you use pure power weapons, the dps you lose from zerker to celestial is very large. The more might you stack, the smaller this difference is. I guess what I’m saying is celestial forces you to use might stacking of some sort to do decent damage.

Gaile Gray has hit the nail on the head, fair chance you will get plenty of help. it may even be a good idea to look back a few pages in the ranger forum and you might find some suggestions already there.

if you do post in the ranger forums make sure you also post which part of the game you play most of all (WvW, PvE, Dundges, Fractals etc.), as that has the biggest impact. on what armor you should use

If this helps I have a celestial set, a zerker set, I’m making an apothecary set, i frequently use a exotic set of Pvt and i some time use an exotic set of rabid. This is because i play all parts of the game.
