I want to sell some greens I have, for example, and see that the coat is ~5s and the pants are ~8s. Is there something I’m missing?

What armor weight and level? Something that will salvage into linen is worth more than something that will salvage into mithril, for example.

They are of the same level and material (crafting products, for example).

It has to do with the amount of common mats you get per salvage.
Chest armor gives back the most, that why those are the most expensive. Legs have the 2nd highest rating of mats per salvage, so those 2 are usually the most expensive ones.
That holds true for armor that mostly used to be salvaged. If there is an actual demand for an armor set (a crafted one for example), Chests and legs are usually the most expensive because they require a little more mats to craft.

No it’s because Loot Drop rates of Leggings in general seem lower. Good/Useable Chest pieces seem to drop fairly often but not good pants. I ALWAYS make pants first for the Green/Yellow recipe stages when leveling up any Armor discipline. And they usually sell super quick and recoup most of the money I spent getting to that stage.
