It would be really nice to be able to get an ascended back piece what gives light in the dark like the mad king memories. I accidently destroyed it because I had no space in my bank to put a random event item like that while I got a better one. Now in the WvW Jp I can’t get trough the Jp without getting killed in the arena because invisibility in the dark room without a light sorce is impossible. I get to the dark room while the invisibility takes 3 more minutes till it runs out.
or maybe there will be a back piece what gives light from the next event? (december event)
I am just realy jalous because a friend can just do the dark room while being invisible to other players.

The one you buy is the base one, you use a gift of ascension + some other stuff and you make a capacitor with an innate 5 agony resistance with a new open infusion slot.

it costs freaking 500 ectos to upgrade it to that. not worth it.

Crafted in the Mystic Forge by combining the Prototype Fractal Capacitor of your choice with a Gift of Ascension, Vial of Condensed Mists Essence and either Crystals or Philosopher’s Stones

Using Crystals creates an offensive infusion slot and using Philosopher’s Stones creates a defensive infusion slot
no where in there do I see 500 ectos

Because its the last upgrade of the item.

Exotic —> Ascended —> Ascended infused —> ascended infused with light (no stat change)
the 2 last steps cost 250 ectos each.

just transmute it with the book if you want light so badly

He said he destroyed the book, plus he cant upgrade it anymore if he transmutes it.
