No.

Can’t craft any aquabreather so far, not that there’s much use for them since the Quaggies were taken out of the borderland lakes.

You actually can craft a lvl 20 heavy aquabreather.

Let’s seek an Exotic Aquabreather before we start chirping on about an Ascended one please. Hell, even rare one with decent stats’d be nice.

there are ‘good’ stat masterwork aquabreather?
It seemed to me there were like 4 choices for masterwork aquabreather, and 3 choices for rare aquabreather. I just assumed they were the same choices.

Let’s just remove aquabreathers altogether and use our helmets underwater.

my favorite part about them is that they replace your land helmet. you know what else is in your land helmet? your 6th rune. you need to put a 7th on your aquabreather to keep that 6th bonus.

Mystic and Rising Dusk both nailed it. let the aquabreather be a heavily conditional and very, very small skin that is set under your helmet, but without removing it. The seventh rune is horrible, and the only bonus worth putting on an aquabreather rune-wise is the Rune of the Krait for it’s rather unique buff #6 of +100 power underwater (for all the other things you lose for donning the set).

Since most people probably dont give a second thought to changing their armor before going underwater, use our existing helmet, with rune and make the breather something that happens to appear, but maybe just a very thin, scuba tube at best…i wouldn’t bother making air canisters… just something to say “yes, this magic device lets me breathe underwater and it fits under my helmet just fine”

actually… we should probably have completely separate under-water armor. heavy plate mail and underwater don’t mix so well.
alternatively, I’d like to be able to switch armor sets as easily as swapping weapons (it would be OK to require ooc for this)
