I did scroll through and didn’t find anything on my question. I was working on Artificer and before I had gotten to level 500 I bought the ascended recipe Tonn’s Staff. I kept it in my bank till yesterday. I was at level 482 and went to finish to 500. I took the recipe out and double clicked it. It Never showed up in my crafting list. Even after I made it to level 500. After I made it to level 500, I bought another one, the celestial one, and it went in the list after I double clicked it. Does anyone know why I lost the Tonn’s Recipe? Thanks

From the Master Artificer you buy a recipe for an Ascended Staff, the recipe sheet will go into your inventory, when you buy it.

Then you have to double click the recipe in your inventory to choose your stats (Tonn´s for sentinel stats for you).
Now you have a recipe sheet in your inventory for Tonn´s Spire. YOu have to double click it again to actually learn it, only then it will show up in your crafting panel under the Staff Section.

Keep in mind that recipe sheets are character bound when learned, so if you consumed them on an alt, your main didnt learn it.

You also have to obtain the recipe for Tonn´s Inscription to craft the weapon but if you havent done that yet, that shouldnt prevent the recipe for the weapon to show up in your panel.

I did that, and I choose the stats. I had kept the letter in my bank because I wasn’t able to craft it yet, as I was not 500 yet. However, even though i wasn’t 500, but was going to be, I took it out and double clicked it. It never showed up anywhere. I can’t find it in my inventory, or in the crafting inventory and I typed it in search. It’s just not anywhere I can find. I bought another, as I said, the celestial this time, but would still like to find the Tonn’s that I bought, and clicked. Someone said that maybe because I wasn’t 500 yet that is why it’s gone. But if that was the case, it should have given a warning, I would have expected. Thanks for replying. I would like to know if by clicking on it before I was 500, if that would have destroyed it or something.

Never mind, I’m so embarrassed now. I finally found it buried in my very full and messy backpack inventory. Thanks for responding, and feel so stupid now. 2 whole days looking for it. I thought maybe something happened to it because i wasn’t level 500 yet. So sorry and I feel so dumb now.

Also you can learn it anytime, it doesn’t require you to be level 500 to learn it. You just can’t craft it until level 500 and it shows up in red.
