heya folks, i dont craft so im not sure how long its going to take for crafters to make enough celestial gear to get in the TP. are there any educated guesses from experienced crafters?

I’m pretty sure the celestial equipment you craft is account bound and soulbound on equip

Yep. All Celestial gear is account bound on creation, so aside from the recipes, you won’t ever see them for sale on the TP.
