i have a few lvl 80’s however my weaponsmith is lvl 31 hes at 400 weaponsmith now but was wondering if i lvl his weaponsmith to 500 would i be able to make weapons for my other characters? or does the me being a lvl 31 pose an issuer

or how aboiut are the weapons able to be transfered to my other characters or are they going to be soulbound upon crafting?

I crafted an ascended staff for my main with my lvl 58 warrior. You will not have any problems.
