Grats! I am working on a similar goal but for my Norn Theif.

Currently at Bolt, Quip, Dreamer, (partially done with Incinerator), Frenzy, (partially done with Kamohoali’i Kotaki).

I really like how you did the image. I will emulate that when I get mine completed.

I am struggling to complete my second legendary. I currently have Quip (due to a nice precursor drop) and working on The Predator.
The amount of karma, materials, money, map completion, skill points, WvW and so on and so forth for that many legendaries is… insane!

10 would only require 5 map completions. That doesn’t really very long if your goal is just map completion(so no stopping to smell the roses, that event over there? don’t care unless it helps to finish the heart faster).

nah, isnt as much work as it seems, joopy, for example, karma after nerf comes faster by only 3 ways, wvw, fractals and tequatl, i kill tequatl 2 or 3 times every day, so thats gold+items to salvage and get ectos and oter mats, and 15-16k karma each teq.

you can add there dungeons, the better/faster way to get gold, more also if you have any of the profitable dungeon recipes, also with dung got sk points so.. not a problem

and map completion where you will get mats, karma, gold, sk points….

i knew lot of people that spend 14 hours farming champions like crazys to got…. some gold. you will never see me doing it, cause its the bigest waste of time that can do in game.

as said, just play with the head.

you can read some post up of this how i got gold/items so easy. never bought a single gem, never play tp….. only play game content the way its more profitable, aka, dungeons and world events.

just one tip, make your own friends circle, do speedruns…. simple as it. you can spend 30 min in a path with randoms, the same, 10 min with friends… so … more time to do all other dungeon paths/more things.

dungeon recipe is realy a easy way to get gold ^^ i realy will never do 5 map completition :P were already to much hard complete it 2 time for me ahaha

so, you had any precursor drop or lucky with mf? i do play i lot, but i hardly made my sunrise..not even thinking about anything else. insane t6 fine mats prices, lodestones prices [charged ones…]. and some precursor prices.
map completion is the last thing to worry about..

It simple. If you know how to make gold fast and enjoy doing it, then you gonna have a lot of money and crafting a new legendary won’t be that long.

If you don’t know how to make gold in this game or don’t enjoy doing this kind of stuff, then its gonna be a long journey.

It take me 3 months to craft a legendary, my friend take 6 months and my other friend 1 years. And we pretty much all play the same amount of time.

Ac all path, CM all path, TA up-fw, SE 1-3, Cof 1-2, CoE all path, Hotw 1 do most of this dungeon every day, if you can all is better, if you got a guild\friend party most of this path take you less then 15 min each

lets say average 10mins with good group
thats 3h just dungeoning. not touching any other party of game. itd be around 20gold + loot. now t6 mats...2000×0,25 = 500gold. just for one gift. over 2 weeks of grinding dungs 3h/day [how else can you call that?] for just one gift. it feels more like a job than a game…
without flipping, its hundreds of hours of pure grind. and anet said we wont be grinding here….

in fact, zaw, with dungeon recipes you can easy got double or triple this amount.
soli its a game partner, doing this paths, i had goten easy 70 g every day, my best doing dungeons only = 115 g /day.

recipes are the trick

@ Zaw. You said it yourself. Its 20Gold + loots.
- From Tokens you can get about 7 more Gold.
- From usual loots you can make about 10 Gold by vendor/TP
- From exotic loots you can make between 0 to 30 Gold per day.

In total you should make between 12 to 25 Gold per hours in dungeon with a good groups. Probably more 10 to 20 Gold per hours.

Usually a typical legendary that you craft will cost you between 1500 to 2000 Gold. Meaning that you can craft your legendary in about 130 hours. At 3 hours per days, its 44 days.

from tokens you can as well get 2 ectos out of 10 exos and not a single insignia/inscription with black lion kits (yes, it happened to me). hello great rng!
as for loot…with 136 personal mf+30% food+10% guild+20%amulet (so around 186%, with banner more) i got avg 1rare/run. exo is like…once a week? dont remember when i had lodestone (hell, even core). sure tons of blues/greens.
some ppl are just more lucky
and its still called grinding/farming whatever you like to call it. just some ppl farm faster than the others, but it still doesnt require any skill from you, just lots of time

each path of all dungeon got a super rare drop, thats is the dungeon recipe, with that recipe you can craft unique exotic trinket

CM – P2 – Plague – drops from Turmaine
CM – P3 – Vallog’s Demise – drops from Vallog
TA- P2 (fwd/fwd) – Nightmare Coil – drops from Leurent
SE – P1 – The Replicator – drops from Tazza
ARAH – P4 – Bloodstone Fragment

all the other are variable beetwen 2 and 5 gold

also, you buy exos or rares with tokens and savage it? XDD why dont you mistic forge them? only need 3…. if have mistic stones…

about dungeon drop, every path grant me 1 rare, got 2-3 exos day between dung/events (tequatl, karka, wurm and marionete now), and recicling arround 30 rares every day.

add to it exos that got in mistic forge with tokens, and recipes i craft, and direct drop, ….

time? of course, but half than most people if you planify it and have a good team.
in fact, we kill tequatl 4 times every day, and karka 8… thats so much drop and only take us 2 hours to complete this.

people waste time in Lions Arch, others preffer to get proffit of each minute they play.

with 4300h played if 3000 of those hours is farming people can easily make 30,000 gold. 10 gold/hour isn’t too hard to achieve.

My question is did you do any TP investment. It’s not hard to turn 2000 gold in to 4000 gold by just investing.

So skorpia, what do you do with Dungeon Tokens then? Don’t you use those lvl 70+ tokens to get rares for ectos? And those others < lvl 70 for exotics for Forging? You said you’re using 3 exos + 1 MF Stone, you will get another exotic weapon but not of the type you threw in. Isn’t it better to buy, let’s say 4 exotic swords and hope for Spark?

Tokens lvl 70+ buy only rares to savage, never exos, got insignia its hard, so better dont risk and grant a bunch of ectos.
Lvl 70- some to craft with dung recipes, and all others to throw ramdom to mf and convert into gold.

Really its better use 4 of the same, but will need lot more tokens and the % to get prec its …… You know. So only buy 3 of cheapest ones and get a random weapon to sell fast. Also can got random prec, but need to be so lucky. This way you got twice the gold you got with the same tokens you need to throw 4 of the same expensive ones.
