Recipe: Satchel of Strong Masquerade Armor . i bought all the ingredients then i relized i needed a recipie how do or where do i get this recipie anyone know

iv googled everywhere and cant seem to find it

you need to get the recipe by using some mystic forge ingredientes with a chest piece of the armor you want… something like that
