Can somebody please tell me where I can purchase medium armor satchel recipes
I would really appreciate the help.

You discover them using the runes you buy from the leatherworking master guy. Just copy the recipe you already know using higher level materials.

I am talking about armor satchels meaning all six pieces of armor in 1 pack I am looking for the vender that sells the recipes

You get the recipes from the Mystic Forge using:
X Mystic Coins
X Crystals (bought for SP from Miyani in LA next to the Mystic Forge)
X Bottles of Elonian Wine (also bought from Miyani for some gold)
1 chest piece of the armor satchel you wish to get the recipe for

Just a forewarning, I hear there is going to be a patch for these mystic forge recipes to make it less expensive to get these recipes.

I haven’t heard of a patch making it less expensive to purchase these recipes – it’s not all that expensive at the moment – but apparently they are supposed to be reducing the materials required to craft these bulk armour sets. Currently the amount of materials required is ridiculous compared to the amount required to craft each piece individually. 11 insignias compared to the 6 you’d need to craft each individual piece!

Oh, maybe I interpreted what the wiki page said about the recipes then. In that case…runs off to the Mystic Forge to create those recipes
