Guild Wars 2

Does anyone know the most cost effective way to level leatherworking. Do you just make the items that are orange for your tier then discover with the insignias or is there a better way. I will probably be buying a lot of ingredients from the TP so does anyone know a rough price range I will be spending?

Or point me to a good guide for it.

But it is the same as 5 other professions
Make you base materials then make parts then make insignias then do your discoveries

I usually look for the item with the least mats Tailoring I think was shoes, artificing was the trident and do the insignia for that first and see where you are. Early levels do not require that many discoveries

discoveries, discoveries, discoveries. I have found that discoveries with the rare insignias (recipes for Karma from vendor) yield the most crafting skill points and you may be able to sell them for enough to go back and make another insignia to discover the next piece of armor.. rinse and repeat

so buy the rare insignias from vendor then make armor sell. Then do it again pretty much lol
