im forcing my brother to help me farm for mats for my ascended sword (dont ask, long story) and he has no choice. My weapon smithing is only at 150. I sadly spent money on 6 lyssa runes and 12 traveler just a few days ago so now im down to about 35g. I have around 450 orich saved up. Is it best to just do events and such and salvage the gear, or run dungeons and buy the mats? sorry for this confusing nonsense im half asleep thanks

It depends on what materials you need. For my recent crafting help I used:

You can use that to decide if you can purchase the materials or need to farm for more gold or the materials themselves.

By the way, blackmail is illegal, even if it is your brother you are blackmailing. O.o
