We all know about the recipe that involves 1 eldritch scroll, 50 mystic coins, 250 orichalcum sword blades and 50 molten lodestone. I was wondering, if I changed the orichalcum sword blades into the counterpart of another weapon, say pistol barrel, would a similar weapon yield result? I’m really impressed by those flaming greatswords I see all around and would like a similar particle effect, but on my pistol (engineer here :|)

The thing is, 250 orichalcum pistol barrels is no easy task. That’s roughly 1500 ori ores, amounting to 36-40g, and the 50 molten lodestone also accounts for around 19-20g. So in a sense, this is a large undertaking to me (i know some people look at 1500 ori ores and say “that’s it?”, but im a rather casual player).

On a side note, you guys know other pistols that have a nice particle effect? I like the ghastly sword and idk if the pistol/shield will be worth it. def much easier to get that 1500 ori ores/50 molten lodestones.

You don’t need all 250 to see if a recipe exists. If you try putting one of each ingredient into the forge and a recipe for those ingredients does exist, it will tell you how many you need of each.

ooooh ok thanks alot! I thought I’d have to save up for all those ores =/ now i just have to find 1 of each piece! I guess one thing that might always come up to be true is i’ll need an eldritch scroll and mystic coins for it :P
