I swapped from tailor to weaponsmithing and it is now at 0, i even have the achievement from when I got it to 400, did I do something wrong ?

Maybe you leveled weaponsmithing on a different character to 400?
The Achievement is account bound but the progress in each craft is soulbound.

my armoursmithing has also gone to 0 !!!

I only use one character wanze

Did you pay to change crafting skills?

Try paying to switch back to Armor or Weaponsmithing and see if you get back to 400?

thanks wanze, I only use one character, but in the early days i had a level 34 guardian which i did weap and armor on, you are quite right
