Do they exist? I imagine the recipe would be 250 ancient short bow staves (or longbow) + 250 ecto + mystic coins + eldrich scroll…. but maybe they’re more like The Anomoly and require a Bloodstone Shard?

Anyone have info / able to test?

They don’t exist, because Mesmers do not have a Phantasm with a Bow.
Mist weapons are based on Mesmer Phantasm weapons.
Foefire weapons are based on Guardian summon weapons.

Do any Mesmer Phantasms have an axe or shield?

Yes Phantasmal Warden uses axes and Phantasmal Defender uses a shield
