how on earth do I make this. been gooling and it says I need 100 bolt of silk which I have. 1 ecto which I have. and 25 spool of gossamer which I have. I am tailor 500 now and I go in and there is nothing to discover and there is no refinement to make the spool of silk weaving cloth. I see the refinement for the bolt of damask which requires the spool of silk weaving cloth but no way to make the spool.

What am I missing here?

The Spool of Silk Weaving Thread is not listed under “Refinement”, but under “Ectoplasm Refinement”.

(And for the record, there is also an “Obsidian Refinement” that you need for ascended crafting as well.)

None of the Ascended materials (or items) are ever discovered. You “know” the material refinement recipes (must be high enough level to access them) and you buy the item recipes from the crafting vendor.
