there any room for new bag types?
Only one I can think of, which is kind of a combination of others.
Invisible Equipment Bag: Any armor, weapons, jewelry, etc. that you unequip automatically enter this bag. Also serves as an invisble bag (no sorting/merching).
and style to turn them into craters and dust.” -Tonn
Number-crunching for ecto salvages – periodically updated
Maybe a trophy bag, for quest stuff.
how about a profession bag:
anything your profession can equip will sort into this bag first.
Bigger Backpacks…
Limit one per character and attach a -5% speed Penalty when it’s atleast 80% full.
I would like an Invisible Soulbound-sorting 20-Slot bag.
Reason:
I have invisible bags for my Elementalist’s excess gear, food, salvage kits, etc. When I switch her from D/D to Staff, the first dagger I unequip goes into the invisible bag slot where the staff was, but the other one gets placed in the first available slot in the regular inventory.
I would love an invisible bag that automatically recognizes and collects gear that is soulbound to my character, so that gear never gets mixed into my regular inventory, and therefore has no risk of being accidentally sold or salvaged.
What about a “coin purse” that receives all tokens?

I like this one. Perhaps it could even hold more items (maybe like 40 max) but hold ONLY tokens, so help alleviate how much space the things take up with the limited stack sizes.
We’re still missing a “salvage materials” bag I believe – where salvage items are placed in it first.

True. I’ve personally always used my backpack to collect salvage materials, but you’re right.
I would also like for them to change the invisible bags so that they hide the contents from the mystic forge. I almost forged my volcanus while throwing exotic greatswords in.
Higher amounts held? 25-30 bags?
Consumables bag – food, potions, siege items, and tonics go here first.
I wonder what your basis for comparison is…”

Other than dyes, I don’t get too so many consumables that I would feel the need for a consumables bag; but that’s certainly something that could be added for those who do.
Its mostly for siege stuff . But it would help group things for when I’m looking to do a pre-encounter buff-up.
