will transmuted legendary weapons be given the ascended weapon stat boost?

Seconded. This would be great to know. I am sure they will be upgraded eventually but will they be done the day of the patch or months later?…

ANET, please give us an answer on this. It’s a huge deal for everyone with a legendary weapon!

Don´t worry if you legendary isn´t upgraded because you transmuted it, you should be able to solve it with a new gem store item.

Advanced Transmutation:
Double-click to separate a transmuted item into the two base items it is made from. If the target item has been transmuted more than once, only the current appearance item and the current stat item will be recovered.

Yes, but if you swapped it from toon to toon, will the appereance item be the white GS or Twilight?.

The question is, if the appearance items really changed at all. Or is the items simply restoring the item related to that skin
