can u transmute one race’s cultural armor to account bound for anthr race to use like with the weps?

Nope. Would be kind of nice to have the option to get cultural armors, but probably a lot of extra modeling/animation work.

The say “Requires: (Race)” on them, meaning even if you transmuted them onto a white to make them account bound, you’d still need the required race to wear it.
