i like my exotic skin and when i will craft ascended i’d like to trasmute it..
it is possible with trasmutation cristals, keep skin and rune from exotic, and take stats and new agony inf slot?

Yes, you can transmute the exotic skin to an ascended weapon. It works the same way, you will keep the sigil. I put the skin from my Volcanus on my ascended greatsword and kept the sigil of bloodlust.

Do you happen to know if you can transfer an Ascended item’s infusion as well when transmuting?

I have not tried that yet. I didn’t have any infusions in my sword when I did it. If transmuting keeps the sigil it should keep the infusion but don’t take my word for it.
