I don’t now what to craft. I’m a apprentice chef (lvl 181) and armorsmith (lvl 109).
What do you advise me to craft??

That depends on if you’re trying to level your crafting, level your character, create stuff you can sell, or create stuff you can use.
You can Google crafting guides and find lots of stuff.

gw2crafts.net for leveling a craft cheapest (you can choose either for the least gold or quickest)
aside from that, it’s usually not recommended to craft things that you will use (aside from consumables and unique skins)
