yeah another legendary post, 440k karma for stones(shards w/e theyre called) and i get it >.>

Only 90k Karma left here Went all enthusiastic yesterday with 22 jugs just to realize it’s not enough. :’(

just from farming the mats for a gift of fortune i had 700k, after precursor, and specified gift, i don’t see how one could not have enough.
But, this is my 4th im working on so maybe i’m just used to it?

Using a Karma infused necklace (15% karma), mango nourishment (5% karma), 10% karma banner and 50% karma boost used on 70 Jugs of Karma result in 8100 karma per jug. Got 740K karma in the end (150K- karma on start). Used it all on Lost Orrian Boxes. Was pleased with the end result.

you forgot guild bonus 15% !
it is 8.775 karma

50% booster + 15% guild bonus + 15% amulett + 10% banner + 5% ice
= 95%

4.500 Karma x 1.95 = 8.775 Karma

Now you can be cry because you wasted 47.250 Karma (8.775-8.100 = 675 Karma per Jug wasted —> 70 jugs used —> 70 × 675 = 47.250) :P

I’ve been doing the 95% for some time, but today I hit a couple karma pots and it didn’t appear to give the full 95%. Actually it appeared to give about 45% (booster not working). Anyone else?

There is apparently a bug currently. You can read about it in the Bug forum. It seems the work around is to put on all buffs, log out, and then log back in.

I feel your pain, just last week I had to grind all 525k karma for my shards. It was the last thing I needed. Such a pain. All I can say is good thing for Southsun Cove champ train. It made it somewhat easier and a lot of loot to boot! Too bad it’s gone now.

I used 2 mil karma on boxes when they came out. I have like 1.6mil again. I do too much WvW apparently.
