Abbadon or Abaddon ?
Seriously what is correct?
Everybody seems to write it differnt….
That was pretty easy, right?
Yeah but i was a bit confused because even a dev writed abbadon…
Or why so many people writing “abbadon” instead of the right one
People are in love with ABBA so much they twist the name of a Hebrew demon chief called Doom or Destroyer to make it less bleak.
It is Abaddon. The devs screwed up his name multiple times both here and in the personal storyline (Temple of the Forgotten God).

Abaddon is the correct spelling, even though Abbadon would make more sense, by the way it’s pronounced, but whatever it’s hebrew and earth languages rarely make sense.

It also depends on the language you are searching… It can be Abaddon, Abadon, Abadón, Avadon, Apollyon, Apolyon, Apolión…
If you look at the Wikipedia you can get the hebrew and greek writting.
In any case, that’s for the demon described in the Apocalypse, Revelation 9:11. This does not mean that the Abaddon in GW is the same as in the bible… In GW1 it has always been named Abaddon.
