Do I have to be under the effect support only when the achievement is completed or for the all time of completion?
Eg. for daily, do I have to be supporting each time I complete an achievement, or only at the time I complete the fifth and open the chest?
For dungeon, do I have to support during all length of the dungeon or only during the last boss and final coffer?

I hope I am clear about my question

At completion suffices. You don’t need to be all the time.

And for daylies, is it completion of only the fifth or do I need to be under support for completion of the five quests?

Fifth, and btw you get also points for pvp daily. So you can complete 2 a day.

Why would you get anything “for representing” on Claw? (unless that finished your daily, of course, but you did not said that). Remember, for “support” event achievements only Krytan (for kiel) and Ascalon (for Evon) events count. Claw is Shiverpeak.

Beecause I just did another one in Frostgorge and realized I’m an idiot?

When the activity dings it’s reward, that is the time you need to be supporting your candidate. Until that moment it makes no difference.
