Seriously, it’s way too good.

A crazy strong Knockback and a skill that makes you invulnerable AND boost your speed?

It’s literally impossible to catch crystal bearers who use Air because of this.

In the last 5 games I played I was quite literally the only lightning user.

I saw a sun user once, and the rest were all Air.

I sure wonder why.

Yep. Air just ignores the crowd control of sun and lightning, ignores the movement penalty for carrying a crystal… yeah, it’s completely dumb, and would remain dumb without 1,2,4, and 5.

Most crystal spots, the only shortcuts from base? Air.

Knock people off level to instakill? Air.

Just seal that gate.

Yea. And also, if you interrupt the air 3 skill before it finishes, it is as if you were interrupted so the skill cooldown is less than the supposed 9 secs as well.

Why is sun powerful?
For air, you can use the invulnerability skill to run at normal speed and immune to all attacks. Then, you cancel it before it is finished so it only has a 3.5 sec cd so you can spam it back to your base.

Sun is pretty annoying to go up against. That aoe pull, I’ve seen some master the art of putting it in the abyss beside jumps/bridges and pulling you off to your death. :S

Personally I tried Air for a while. But other then the immunity I felt its was pretty subpar. Seemed like the only way I could defend myself is if I was lucky and knocked a person off the edge with the knockbacks. Could of just been me not getting into it. The immunity is annoying to go up against though. That is for sure. I died more to this dude spamming the Sun warp/black hole pull skill then any air person managing to knock me off though.

Personally I preferred Lightning after a while. The stun shield saved my crystal-carrying butt a lot..not to mention the tower shortcuts. Lightning jump isn’t too great if people are smart and put up a lightning wall so you can’t jump over them. But if they don’t it can be handy.

Lightning is a good element since it has a stun, a trap, a good aoe and it has the strongest 1.

it’s still completely useless against Air crystal bearers though.

I don’t know if it’d be possible to make the skill ignore damage but not CC.

I think it’d be much fairer that way since it’d allow pulls from sun, knockbacks from air and traps from lightning. After all the other 2 elements don’t really have reliable defenses against it. Sun’s Bastion only covers a small area and it’s only 1 second stability so it’s easy to just wait it out. Lightning users can only dodge CC skills with a standard dodge, or take it and stun the enemy (not really a good idea).
