Guild Wars 2

I just completed the Gnashblade Supporter achievement and clicked on the chest and accepted the mini Gnashblade. The problem is that is it not in my inventory. I checked the Game Data tab it it show that I received a Mini Gnashblade but it is not there.

Any ideas how to report this. I did a general bug report in game and included a screen shot but since they do not respond to those submissions, I was wondering what else I should/could do.

Maybe your inventory was full and the mini pet was directly send to your bank. I will recommand you to check if the minipet is not here, section collectable special minipet.

You probably did a deposit all collectibles. Check your bank

OMG, I have been playing this game for almost a year and I just made the stupidest mistake in the world. I guess when I opened my inventory I (without even thinking about it) click the deposit all like I always do and sent it packing to the bank. It did not even occur to me to check that first since I clicked the deposit all on auto-pilot. I just checked and there he was waiting in the bank.

Wow do I feel like a dumb kitten.
