So Evon works for the Black Lion Trading company. I figured if he became a council member that he would try to enact policies to create a monopoly for the black lion trading company by disallowing other trading companies access to Lion’s Arch. However in Kiel’s propaganda video it saws that Evon is buddy buddy with the consortium. So I’m not entirely sure if the consortium is just an exception or if he really has no plans on drowning out the competition with his council status.

I’m pro-free trade and I don’t really know what Evon’s policies would be on it. Someone tell me what to think.

Kiel blew up a ship. No doubt fully manned and filled with goods as well. That doesn’t sound life free trade to me. Would you support a terrorist who hinders trade through force?

Do you not recall her dialogue when that happened? That they had precautions to abandon ship if anything happened? And the fact that it was obviously done on purpose? You know she made sure her people were off the ship first. And the goods? Just Consortium papers conscripting people against their will. No hindered trade.

So what did she do wrong again?

You’re assuming that there were Consortium passengers and that if there were that they were not evacuated along with the Lionguard. Lots of assumptions, there.

She’s not once been portrayed in such a way. I see no reason that she would now.

Note that all the Consortium guy was crying about were the lost records. Not his own people. That leads me to believe that he did not have his own people on the ship. It was a Lionguard ship, after all.

Kiel does nothing to help you in any of the fights and takes all your credit for it!!!! shes just another Thaharne a spotlight stealer!!!!!! She Claims to be the one who stoped the threats but what does she do when the fights really start? She hides 10 feet away and watches you fight!!!!! and now she wants to take a Counsile Seat? id say NO!!!! look at what she has to offer. discounts on Waypoint travel!!!!! how nice is that. and its only for 4 weeks trying to buy us off with some kitteny little trick. For that Evon Gnashblade has won another Vote!!

Cuz everyone knows that what a NPC does when we don’t see them is nothing, right? It’s not like she was doing anything important. Like investigating. Or finding Canach’s lair. Or defusing situations between the Consortium and the settlers.

That all did itself. Right?
