Q:

I know we can put in as many support tokens as we want. But do the votes of each player count as one only? Say I cast in 10 tokens for Evon and 8 for Kiel. Does that ultimately make it 1 to Evon and 0 to Kiel from my account?

I really hope it will work out this way, or players can actually grind towards the result. Like I only have 10 hours to play in a week. I can probably put in 50 tokens at most for these 2 weeks. While someone might be able to do that in a day or two…

A:

I belive every token count as one vote so 10 tokens 10 votes, 8 tokens 8 votes. First i thought it is not fair, but then my guildmates told me that this is probably to ensure, votes of active players will be more valued than votes of someone who is in game 2 hours per month. And it actualy makes sence. As active player a want my vote to be more valued than vote of someone who just put some token in basket without even knowing what is going on…
If there are people that wants to grind result, do not worry, they are on both sides so it is still fair :-)

I believe it’s total tokens, using boosters from the Gem Store elevate the single to double. You still receive only one button for a vote, even if the token is counting for two with a booster. Else, that would be a massive rip-off if people paid for them.
