How large will the discounts be?

The discounts are for a few weeks, and people should realize this part of the offer simply doesn’t matter. Even if the WP costs were reduced by 100% and the BLCK went down by 80%, it would still be RNG boxes with nothing important inside, and both offers would still end sooner than you think.
This is the equivalent of the +4 vitality infusions or -1% damage from lords and guards infusions. Just a meaningless number that makes 0 difference.

A conservative estimate and if u do that you will make 145g so is 6g is that much of a discount to sway your votes. u can easily make 400g durring those two weeks just by sitting your characters in COF with 75%GF using no waypoints. You should be doing cof before they impliment that champions no longer drop coins in dugions won’t be able to grind COF path 1 anymore.
If the discounts are significant then that heavily favors Evon (again). The keys can be bought in any amount in that short time, thus making it more appealing, as well as having a chance to get multiple rare and unlimited items worth 100’s and 100’s of gold.

That’s not true. Many players don’t care about keys. The majority of new/casual/hateslionchest players would definitely care more for discounted waypoints.
Anyway, now that the new update hit, I don’t recall the % being revealed, or did I just overlook it?
