This guide is dedicated to myself a few days in the past.
Before I figured out a way to do it, I was searching for a guide but only found comments about only this profession can do it solo, etc. I tried many different approaches: joining with a group of 5, trying to find a safe spot to stand, etc. but to no avail.
Please note that this is just one way to do this, and that there may be others
What you need:
Berserker’s armor, Berserker trinkets, Berserker’s Greatsword and any Focus
Trait
30/30/0/0/10
In Domination, I took 15% more damage with illusions, 20% more damage with Mind Wrack, and Greatsword skill reduction.
In Dueling, I took Far Reaching Manipulations, Phantasmal Fury and 4% more damage for each readied mantra
In Illusions, take 3% more damage for each illusion
Utility:
Mantra of Recovery
Blink
Mantra of Resolve
Veil
Mass Invisibility
Sigil: Perception (Bloodlust would be fine too)
Food: Dragon’s Breath Bun or Plate of Truffle Steak Dinner
Runes: Scholar (Ruby Orbs might be ok)
First thing to do when you start is stand a little behind where the plunderers spawn. (They only spawn on the left side until around 5:30) You should be able to kill the plunderers very fast with gs4 -> gs2 -> f1. Also make sure to pull the grenadiers with focus 4 before plunderers start to come on the right side. If any enemies spawn close to the plunderers, run back or stealth and blink until you lose aggro. You can run all the way back on the main land or set a key for look backwards to see if you’re still being pursued. You can kill the plunderer on their way back.
The challenge starts at 5:30 and some of it does involve getting lucky a bit. You need to stand just ahead of the mortar on the right. The main problem is the plunderer on the right. I’ve found that it was better to kill them on their way back. The key is to start attacking just when they’re two-three steps away from starting their throw animation. If you start earlier, you’ll most likely aggro other aetherblades and then have to wait a while for them to head back. You also need to stealth and run away, as soon as you see any of them coming for you!
You most likely wont have any trouble with killing the plunderers on the right. However, if f1 is on recharge, you need to rid of illusions or are starting to get low on supply, f3 is also a good alternative. It will stop the plunderer for 1-2s and hopefully be enough to kill them in time.
